QUOTES

  • Quotes are always free and are based on the estimated workload, minus any possible revision requests beyond alloted or added details.

COMMUNICATION

  • Communication is done through email (bamboostudiosbv@gmail.com, or blvirgallito@gmail.com) or over socials, and all things relating to payment and details of the commission must be listed in email or message. I will generally respond to emails or dms within 24-48 hours, though often sooner if not busy.

PAYMENTS

  • Payments are processed through Paypayl only, as it will allow me to send you an invoice. If you require partial payments or a payment plan at the time of your commission request, please let me know and we can set up your invoice to accept partial payments. Please bear in mind that if you require more than the allotted revisions per commission, you will incur an additional fee per request. This is to prevent constant requests for changes on a piece that may already be far along in the design process.

REVISIONS

  • Your piece will be updated to you during the rough sketch, clean sketch, line work, and color phases. During each stage you will have the option to request changes up to two times per stage of development. This can include changing positions of a limb or line work, things of that nature. If you request to change something once I have moved on to a new stage (i.e. you wish for the pose to change once line work has begun, or request more than two revisions per development stage) then there will be additional fees added at my discretion.

DEADLINES AND ARTWORK DELIVERY

  • Your commissioned piece will be finished in about 3-5 months time, though that’s mostly for more complicated, full illustrated pieces. Most commissions will be finished much sooner than that. If a delay occurs for any reason, such as injury or computer failure, you will be notified asap with an updated time frame of when your commission will be completed. WIPs can be requested at any time and will be delivered within a day or two. All files (WIPs and finished work) will be sent via email (bamboostudiosbv@gmail.com).

    USE AND INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS

  • Unless a contract is worked out, commissions are for personal use only. All drawings will come with my signature attached, which can be shared on the internet freely as long as it’s linked back to Gustybv or Bamboo Studios as a whole, or used for personal purposes such as profile pictures, website banners, or in non-monetized videos. I retain all rights to the artwork produced for you, and can reproduce or post them in my portfolio, make art prints, or use as examples for future clients.

  • In the event of an NDA or extended commercial use, a contract will be made to sell these rights at the client’s discretion. This does not include company logos, physical or digital merchandise, or other derivative use for sales, which can be purchased separately.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are not permitted once the sketch has been approved, unless in the event I am somehow unable to complete the work. In the event the piece can not be completed, I will refund you either in full or partial depending on how much work has been completed.

  • Commissions not yet started can be refunded for the full price, minus any payment processing fees.
